How to Use

• Whole Moong: Soak overnight. Cook slow or pressure cook with bay leaf and spices for a warming stew. Sprout it for salads or sautéed chaats.
• Split Moong: Quick-cooking and gentle on digestion. Great for khichdi, moong dosas, and light curries. Also doubles as a soothing recovery meal.
